Marana was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when she was 9 years old. 15 years ago, it took her sight, and now she is living with only 13% kidney function and now need a kidney transplant. She is an athlete trained in Brazilian JiuJitsu and active as a personal trainer and nutrition coach for those who are pursuing healthier lifestyles.
